The room was surprisingly spacious. the views of the park were beautiful from my beautiful room. i also enjoyed the variety of food options. The buffet was extensive and well-prepared.

clean rooms castle view

the hotel rooms is very clean. reception gave us a room with a castle view i didnt expect. i love the aqua park and theme park.

the staff at the theme park were rude and at the water park too. there's a weight limit i weigh 90kg but i would be weighed every time. they weren't sensitive and very rude about it.

the staff is friendly and helpful. reyan and haya from reception helped me. they spoke arabic it also helped. the trainer from tunisia was very kind to my kids.

the room was spacious and the decor was lovely. the place is beautiful , perfect for families and adults. the staff were helpful and cute .

i am disappointed by this hotel , it looked amazing on the website but what we experienced was different. i don't believe this hotel is ideal for english guests , we were 1 of 3 english families i have seen during this week.

underwhelming stay

poor sound insulation long lines

Check-in was a mess. i had to wait three hours. i didn't even get the room type that i requested specifically, a pink room. the walls are paper-thin. The noise from the next room, because of connecting rooms, was terrible it was like they were right there in my room. lines for food were long, not pleasant at all.
